I purchased this at Tokyo Disneyland about 25 or 26 years ago and used it only on that day (I barely wore it (^◇^;)) and have kept it stored at home since then.
As for the condition, it's almost unused, and the inside has no yellowing, so I think it's generally in beautiful condition.
This item has been stored for a long time.
