This is a Waterman Expert Black GT ballpoint pen, retail price 22,000 yen. There are new (current model) and old models of the Expert, and they are quite similar and difficult to distinguish, but this is the current model. The color is the classic black and gold. It has a sense of luxury while also being formal, making it suitable for any occasion.
Personally, I think this is the easiest to write with among Waterman ballpoint pens, and it has a good balance of thickness and weight. There are some scratches near the tip. The rest of the parts are in good condition for a used item.
A black ballpoint pen refill is also included, but since it is a used item, please consider it as a bonus (assuming replacement is needed).
