Munising Wooden Dough Bowl Mixing Bowl Vintage Primitive Americana 10x11”
Vintage wooden dough bowl or butter bowl made by Munising. The bottom of the bowl is stamped "Munising."
This bowl was made in the late 1930's to early 1940s.
Bowl is 10inches in diameter and slightly "out of round" which is expected and desirable in antique and vintage wooden bowls.
There are no cracks in the wood.
Weight is 12.6 ounces.

Munising Woodenware Co was established in 1911 in Munising, Michigan. Their bowls were made out of birch, beech or maple and turned from one piece of hardwood and varnished natural woodgrain. The company closed in 1959.
Munising Wood Products Company acquired the trademark in the 1950's and still produce a small quantity of bowls today.
