They are wearing kindergarten uniforms.
The bear baby has an Epoch Co. sticker from 1985 on its foot.
The brown rabbit doesn't have one, but it's likely from the same era, so it's believed to be an early edition.
Both can only move their necks, and their arms and legs do not move.
There doesn't seem to be any major damage, but there are some areas where the flocking on the tips of the feet and noses has worn off slightly.
These are very old items, so we appreciate your understanding.
