Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Vintage Black Cotton knee-Length Pencil Skirt, size XS

Very sexy vintage SAINT LAURENT rive gauche Classic Skirt, reaching the kneecaps 60’s style, high waist, black cotton, black silk lining inside. Zipper on left side. A “DMC” brand zipper with a Swiss “JUPE FIX” hook & eye clasp above the zipper. One 7 3/4” fashion split down the front of the skirt (so you can walk in it!). Dimensions: 24” waist, about 35” for the hip, and 26” is the length of this skirt. Flairs to 40” at bottom hem, so there’s a slight fashion flair. Label says Size 34, which is a French size that equals about a size 2 American, which is Extra Small. There are two slit pockets on either side of the hip that are very concealed and lined with silk. There are discrete 1” pleats at the waist. This Saint Laurent rive gauche label dates to about 1983. The color schemes on the label and what letters are covered or not covered by the purple and pink squares is what gives away the dating on this wonderful fashionable classic YSL skirt for a skinny female. Excellent condition.
