This is a rare round tin from the Belgian pottery manufacturer Boch. I purchased it at a flea market in the Netherlands. While it may not be hand-painted, it does have the original Boch mark.
Being an old item, there are some minor scratches, but it is in good condition overall and has a charming character.
Boch is a pottery manufacturer established in Belgium in 1841, known for being a supplier to the Belgian royal family and for being the predecessor of the well-known Royal Boch and Villeroy & Boch. The unique patterns are hand-painted by artisans, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere that attracts many collectors.
