These are OHIO-made.
Currently, all newly produced authentic USA-made playing cards are KY-made (Kentucky-made).
On the other hand, Ohio-made cards were manufactured until around 2009, making them vintage items.
They are no longer sold as authentic products.
The USPC company, which manufactures many playing cards including BICYCLE, had its factory in Ohio. The factory moved to Kentucky in 2009, and the quality of the playing cards changed with the factory's transition. Compared to Ohio-made cards, KY-made cards seem to have lower durability and are more prone to poor handling. Furthermore, Ohio-made cards are said to be of better quality in terms of their springiness, firmness when bent, and resistance to warping.
