This little guy has been called a shrimp, crawfish, and a crustacean. It doesn't matter what he is called, he is just adorable and is a vintage piece (50's or 60's) and is a unsigned brooch by Hattie Carnegie. Everything I've researched and compared him to is the same as those that are also unsigned but state they are Hattie's. He is gold tone, faux pearls and rhinestones, with an cream colored Lucite body. He has a C Clasp that works good. I could not find any flaws or marks on him. He's in excellent shape for his age.
I do not clean the preowned jewelry. I do, however, wipe it down with a sanitized cloth to remove any dust and any debris.
