Maui Maxi Dress by Sissa, sold at Anthropologie.
The size tag is missing but I believe it fits like a size 2 or XS. I measured the chest on my dress form at about 35" around. I measured the waist (lying flat) at the top of the zipper at about 13.25" across. Approx. 54" long.
In great pre-owned condition, lightly worn.
