This is a vintage item.
The Suburban blister pack has a chip, and there is mold or dirt on the inside of the blister, so the price has been reduced somewhat.
High-profile Suburbans are less common.
The blister pack is yellowed and the card has sun damage, so although it is unopened, I have listed it as "no noticeable scratches or stains."
Please refrain from purchasing if you do not understand vintage items or if you are looking for the same quality as current products.
