Fan doesn't include in the price. I will give it to you for free. I have too many fans. Those fans are NZXT's fan.
However, you need to tell me if you want the fans or not. Depends on that, I may need change the shipping free.
The surface of the copper has some liquid metal that cannot be removed. It just the normal phenomenon. I can sure it won't have bad effect on the cooling function. It totally depends on if you mind it or not.
