This cool navy summer straw hat is from Julius Garfinckle & Co. Washington from around the 1950's or 60's. No fabric content but it does appear to be straw but could be man made. It has 2 types, one looks like ribbon and the other is crinkled. The ribbon is slightly darker blue. The inside is marked size 22. Very good condition. There is just some light soiling to the front of the interior band.
