Many of the vintage clothes I will be listing were purchased in the 60s and 70s at Loehmann's in New York. Back then, the store carried discounted top designer and boutique clothes in their Back Room, but they cut out the labels. Loehmann's online store today is nothing like the madness or deals of the original stores.
I'd say the skirt is in good condition. There is one pin head hole that I saw (see photo).
