This is a nice old antique metal jewelry casket box. The item is marked by the maker: JB on the underside of the base for Jennings Brothers. The interior is inlaid with wood. The item has a nice Art Nouveau era style. The item is antique. The box has some tarnish. The item is American US in origin. The item in total with the base measures about 3 and 1/4th inches high, it is about 3 and 1/2 inches from the front edge to the back side and it is about 5+ inches wide at the handles. The box has a hinged metal lid that was repaired using solder, as a result the lid sides a tiny bit off centered.
