This is "Baby" by the Diamond Collection (the sister company of Great American Doll Company i.e.GADCO) and artist Rotraut Schrott.
The doll is 18" long, with a cloth body and porcelain head and shoulder plate, porcelain arms to over the elbows and legs to over the knees. She has a strawberry blonde mohair wig and very light blue glass eyes. Her outfit has lace and pink ribbon trim.
Mint condition! No cracks, chips or damage of any kind found.
