Vintage c. 1920s - 1930s Antique Beistle Halloween Jointed Scratch Cat Die Cut

This is a highly collectible, antique Halloween "Scratch Cat" decoration made by Beistle circa 1920s to 1930s. This is a six piece, single-sided, three rivet, jointed die cut, that allows it to be posed in different positions. This is a large Halloween die cut, measuring 21" from edge of whiskers to end of tail, and 15" from ear tip to bottom of paw. Beistle is currently making reproductions of this "Scratch Cat" that are printed on both sides. The "Scratch Cat" in this listing is a truly antique piece. This antique Halloween decoration is in great condition for its age. With the naked eye it looks almost perfect, but upon closer inspection with a magnifying glass, I see that the serrated edges of the fur have spots that are dinged from moving the legs and tail back and forth, most notably, on the butt, the belly, the top of the paws and the tip of the tail.
