Beautiful 1925 $1 Peace dollar with different types of natural toning on each side. Toning on a coin is the change of colour brought about through oxidization, which forms a thin layer on the metal's surface:
1) There is blue obverse toning down by the lettering. A mild amount of exposure to sulfur will result in beautiful blue
2) The reverse has a monster gold toning affect, likely due to an abundance of sulfur and oxygen combining with the silver surface giving it that bold gold appearance. Coins with this reverse are rare and hard to come by, the blue on the front is just an added bonus
