Brand new and sealed. Heavy Cruiser Prinz Eugen from Azur Lane in her race queen getup. Comes with a winking face and to my knowledge, though I can't confirm, a (Preorder only bonus) acrylic stand inside the box. I think I can hear it moving around inside but have not opened to verify.
