The HID bulb and ballast did not work when tested. The ballast and HID bulb is NOT INCLUDED. Only the headlight is included. Again, this is a non-working headlight in need of repair. Some of the bottom tabs are damaged. The seal around the front is cracked. One of the dust caps is missing. This item does not operate or function as designed. This item is intended to be used for parts, repairs, or restoration. Physical damage may be present and parts may be missing. Bulbs may need to be replaced upon delivery. Unless indicated in the listing or in the pictures; bolts, nuts, screws, caps, plugs, washers, bulbs, accessories, wiring, chargers, charging cables, batteries, etc. are not included.
