Being sold as is. Still works. Only working defects are battery drain when in sleep mode unplugged and some random speaker volume lowering at times. These are both issues laptop had from purchase. Still a great gaming laptop and workhorse. The shell/case of the charger transformer is cracked (see picture). Still charges and works fine. Body of laptop also has some small nicks and scratches. Never had any issues with laptop besides the ones listed. Have owned for 4 years and runs almost as good as my new gaming laptop with more ram
