It features the original manger 12" high 20" wide, Joseph kneeling 6", Mary kneeling 6", Baby Jesus 4", Angel4", Donkey and Cow (has a horn missing please view image 5) 6" wide 4" high, 3 Wise men 6"-8", one wise man has a small chip on the gift he is carrying.
