No damage or wear. Sadly I am unable to read the writing on the under lid which is raised and I still can't read it I'm not sure why but I can't make out any of the letters so this box is a mystery but it is all hand-painted and it looks like oil paint. .... the lid .... the inside bottom ..... the bottom .... besides all of that is the work of a very skilled artist in fact this box looks like a Thomas Kinkade from the lid but I don't know who made it could even be French or something .... European ? .... and it's hard to really determine the age of the box. Just realized that umbrellas are painted on the lid ....on the bottom ....on the sides and on the inside bottom ! Looks French to me .... awesome artist ! That third photo ismofmthe inside bottom !!! Approx. 4" x 3.5" x 2.75" H. No chips or cracks. Super SAFE SHIPPER w 25years experience.
