This is a size 4T OOAK- garden fairy dress made by Twinkie Tush. Purple, pink, and turquoise with sparkly silver stripes - No stains, does have a pulled thread on upper shoulder one side. Gently worn and very well taken care of.
This little company used to reside in Ithaca, New York. Which was women owned and operated. Good times
