This is a very rare and an elegant vintage 1990’s hand-painted Portuguese porcelain lided box with feet, by the famous artists of the Anfora Agueda studio. The artist has painted a flamboyant peacock in the center, surrounded by flowers and a butterfly. This Lided box has a unique scalloped shape, and is very reminiscent of mid-century Italian Mottahedeh porcelain and would be a great addition to Boho Chic decor style. The box is signed on the bottom "Hand Painted Made in Portugal 359”. No cracks or issues. In perfect near mint condition.
