The console has been tested and is in good working shape. Does show signs of wear. Comes with charger. I replaced the battery as the original had bubbled and was no good anymore. The back battery door does fit on but falls off easily. Replacing it would be the best option if you don't want to deal with this. Other than that the console reads games just fine! No physical games included. Any other questions feel to ask!
