This is an official mini figure of SOLIDUS from MGS2: Sons of Liberty. A son of BIG BOSS, and one of the series' iconic Les Enfants Terribles.
This was part of the Konami Figure Collection - Metal Gear Solid 2 Vol. 2, released only in Japan.
Solidus is about 5 inches tall, but he is hefty and has multiple parts.
The "arms" on his front/back can be slightly moved and swiveled around, and his sword hands can be adjusted. The large tentacle arms are a bit frail, so you need to carefully pose them!
It's rather detailed considering the size, so she looks nice overall! I've cleaned them up a bit, so it's in good shape and has no major damage.
