Directions:

Morning or evening, in the shower, lather onto wet hands before applying to the skin. In the bath, pour the equivalent of 5 pumps into bath water while filling the tub. Rinse thoroughly and dry without rubbing, then apply the cream or the XeraCalm ad lipid-replenishing balm.
