The figure still has all the plastic tags as shown in the pictures because he hasn't been used or displayed. It has only been taken out of the box once or twice. It does not come with the original hair piece, but it does come with the one for Goku Blue sh figuarts hair piece. The original hair piece and the one that is included have the same mold. That being said, the face plates fit perfectly fine, and the color on the eyebrows matches with the hair as shown in the pictures.
