| The MT-XX-ESH-2X500W-TSTAT-KT-120V from Larson Electronics is a 1000W Transformer Strip Heater with Thermostat that provides the ability to maintain consistent internal temperatures within transformer enclosures. The MT-XX-ESH-2X500W-TSTAT-KT-120V offers a convenient and easy way to keep temperatures within the enclosure of a transformer at the desired level. A pair of 500W heat strips can be mounted inside the enclosure. The thermostat connected to the heat strips can be set to a specific temperature and when a lower temperature is detected, the heat strips will turn on. Once the set temperature is reached, the heat strips will turn off. The MT-XX-ESH-2X500W-TSTAT-KT-120V somes with a remote mount control box to wire the unit up and to hold the thermostat and allow an easy way to change the temperature setting. The control box is NEMA 3R rated. Applications: Maintaining consistent temperatures within transformer enclosures. One unit is needed per every one transformer. |
