Check photos to gauge the condition for yourself. These are ~1996 neon genesis evangelion cards that were released in Japan for a short period of time. I believe these were briefly in vending machines that dispensed collectible cards that are still prevalent in Japan today.
I have only seen one other person with some of the same cards that are listed here, and everything else belongs during another print run or is slightly different in style.
