Vintage 80’s heavily beaded silk top by Stenay. Navy blue w/ orange embroidered elongated starburst pattern. Pointed scallop trim @ sleeve & bottom hem. Has shoulder pads (easily removable). Two small areas where the beading has come off- @ the shoulder & side (perhaps wear from a purse)- seen in pics. No other damage noted. Marked a small.
