This Hamilton Dateline A-577 watch from the 1960s is in excellent condition! It has a beautiful, clean silver-white dial and the crystal is clean and clear. The stainless steel, one-piece case might have a few light scratches, but overall it's in fantastic shape! I'm guessing this watch was only lightly used in the past. It has the original signed Hamilton crown and an engraving on the case back from 1965.
The stainless steel Speidel band has a nice brushed finish and looks great with this watch in my opinion. At 34.5 mm wide, this is a good size watch by vintage standards, and this particular bracelet gives it an even more substantial look!
The 17 jewel, 694a automatic movement is keeping decent time, it loses about a minute per day. Winding the crown is a little stiff. It sets and runs just fine and the date advances as it should. I do not know the service history of this watch so it is always recommended in the future.
