100% authentic Tiffany & co. 925 sterling silver Elsa Peretti medium open heart necklace in excellent preloved condition (like new!). Includes original Tiffany pouch. The medium heart pendant measures approximately 22mm wide. Necklace is approx 16in long. Original retail price for the medium Elsa Peretti open heart necklace is $625.
*pls note! The chain was missing & has been replaced with a high quality 100% 925 sterling silver chain identical to the original - it is the same type of chain, the same length (16in), and the exact same high quality 925 sterling silver material (& is 925 stamped).
Necklace is in excellent preloved condition/like new! Any scratches have been buffed out and I also had it recently polished so it’s nice and shiny/tarnish free and sparkles like it’s new!! :)
