These 4 porcelain dessert plates have 4 different regimental stripes of the British Army represented. The blue and red stripes are the Royal Navy Engineers, green and blue stripes are the Argyle & Sutherland Highlanders, red, blue and gray are the Royal Irish, and the gray and blue are the Royal Scots Gray. Made by Block Spal in Portugal, these plates are in very good condition...only used occasionally. Received in the 80s, they measure 8" across.
