Here’s a super cute vintage top by Junior Miss of California. Love the velvet fabric and the fringe hemline. Has a back button closure. No size tag, but from the measurements looks to be about a size small. Do double check the measurements shown for the best fit. Still has the union made tag on it as well. There is one small cut in the fabric under the arm as shown, doesn’t affect the wear of the top. Otherwise super nice shape for a vintage top! :)
