The Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker & Warmer features advanced Neuro Fuzzy logic technology, which allows the rice cooker to 'think' for itself and make fine adjustments to temperature and heating time to cook perfect rice every time.
The 5.5-cup rice cooker (NS-ZCC10) makes up to 10 cups, and the 10-cup rice cooker (NS-ZCC18) makes up to 20 cups of cooked short grain white rice. It includes a variety of cooking functions including short or medium grain white rice in regular/sushi, softer or harder, in addition to mixed rice, porridge, sweet rice, semi-brown rice, rinse-free rice and quick cooking. It comes with a spherical inner cooking pan with stay cool side handles that provides even heating for better cooking.
