These were 2005-2006 time frame, I believe. Still works. Works great actually. The only thing that has changed since I received it used but unopened last year was when you lift the flap on the box it would say, “No peeking”, I think it was. It doesn’t anymore, the batteries looked to be corroded. This is just on the box. Elmo himself is perfect: he has two sets of batteries,
One on each bottom of foot. :) I bought these for my daughter and nephew last year and they were a hit. Still has a ton of giggles and laughs to bring another family. I highly recommend it!
