This is a two-piece Lolita fashion jirai kei skirt set with a blouse and skirt. The blouse is a white / off-white button-down ruffled blouse with black detailing around the neckline and shoulder cutouts. The skirt is a tiered skirt in a waffle knit fabric with lace-up detailing on the front. There is a side zipper and elastic at the back as well. The matching bow is included.
I purchased this set on Devil Inspired and it unfortunately didn’t fit. The brand is LA LA JK. It has only been tried on for size / never worn out.
