Vintage Hand Painted Colonial Couple Horse Drawn Carriage/ Coach Figurine 50's. Approximate measurements are: 4 1/4" Tall x 6 1/2" Long x 2 1/2" Wide. Bottom says- Hand Painted, A-Hi-Art, Japan & research shows it is approximately Circa 1950's-1960's. Cinderella styled Princess or Lady, exiting from a carriage, wearing the full skirts of the era. The Gentlemen & Carriage driver are wearing the long coats of the era. Hand Painted so each Carriage is 1 of a kind! Condition is preowned with no chips, cracks or crazing. The gold accenting is in great condition for age with some wear. The piece originally had woven cord reins, which are missing, & could probably be easy to replace. There is a hole through the mouths of the horses where the reins could be strung. Few scuffs/ scratches due to age, use & love. There is some residue on the bottom from paper or a cover that is now missing. Prop not included- figurine only. Photos ARE the description. AMAZING Vintage Condition! T14
