Good pre-owned condition. If you are going to the beach..you NEED this in your life. It makes the most perfect beach photos. Some of the beads are missing from the dots (see last photo for an example). It's not noticeable unless you are looking for it/know it is there. 9 months short vintage style dress length. Lots of white- was worn at the beach!
