This is a very old piece of mini mosaic jewelry with a floral motif. It is very pretty on the front, the back has a lot of wear and you can tell it is very old. The pin is bent but still works and this has a C clasp closure, so at least 1920's. This is a neat piece of treasure that was very likely made in Italy. This is 1.25" long and 5/8" high. It is still very wearable.
