Box has two slight tears as shown. One figure was chewed by my dog as shown. Her gold hair was beyond redemption so I replaced with blonde. Preferred by most gentlemen I hear. Two white pieces missing as shown. I replaced one with an identical black piece. A set of armor is missing - last pic. I think it must have been in a separate baggie that was missing from the box or I dropped it somewhere as I don't recall those pieces at all. This was a really cool build.
