High-quality 11 x 13.75 mezzotint print of George Washington published in 1931 by Frost & Reed Ltd. of London, featuring an iconic portrait of the first president with a facsimile quote below: "The advancement of Agriculture, Commerce and Manufactures, by all proper means, will not, I trust, need recommendation…Commerce and Industry are the best mines of a nation.” G. Washington.
Attached the back of the upper left corner, there is a note that reads, “No other land has been so favored, no other people so greatly blessed..
