Designer Eric Javits says Squishee is a customer fave because "the style was so simple, a soft lightweight shoulder tote that could be rolled, folded, and packed for travel. It was an easy solution for pulling together casual summer looks".
In the new updated Squishee Tote II, Eric intended to remake with a few improvements: the security of a top magnetic-closure and a side-wall zipper pocket and key clip holder inside.
Squishee is a lightweight man-made material incorporating recycled fibers. It looks and feels just like natural raffia but with superior durability and packability. Unlike other natural fiber straw, it will not crack or splinter from wear or melt when wet.
