This is likely vintage Scott McClintock. Adorable special occasion dress that has a black velvet bodice with boning on the inside for a structured fit. Large bow accent at the waistline and the skirt has an organza floral overlay with beading throughout. Back zipper closure.
NOTE that there is some discoloration on the velvet underneath the arm pits but this is mainly on the inside. See last pic for details.
PLEASE check the measurements on this as it is sized as a 10 but seems to fit a little smaller as it is likely vintage so sizing as an 8 for the listing
