This appears to be from around 40 years ago, when my father was a child and collected them.
It seems to have been a prize from a wafer chocolate or ice cream.
He apparently said "Kira Kira!" (sparkling!) at the time, and seemed to jump for joy when he got it ✨.
There are stains as shown in the photos due to long-term storage.
I don't know much about it, so I apologize for the poor explanation (^_^;).
I'm not sure how to photograph it properly, so please comment if you would like me to add more photos.
