Excellent condition - kept clean at “grandma’s" house, so stickers (and entire dollhouse) are vibrant & near new! Includes removable Christmas wreath :)
This dollhouse mansion (!) has a pull-out patio, three balconies, driveway, staircase (with cupboard under the stairs), bathroom, two beds, original orange hanging lamp, etc. Each piece has been hand washed. Includes 2 handmade bed pad mattresses!

MINOR Flaws: slight bulge/wrinkle in blue kitchen floor sticker; only two (!) scuffs on blue roof plastic. See photos.
Compatible with a variety of dolls (not included) such as Little Tikes figures, Loving Family or Playskool dolls, some Barbie (Kelly) dolls, etc. Lots of room for the imagination with 360 degree play from every side!
Packaged with care. Roof removed for shipping - easily reattached with a screwdriver.
