Charming vintage 1990s outfit consisting of a blouse and skirt. The blouse has a keyhole neck in back and shoulder pads. It is unlined. The skirt is a flowy A line and has a zipper and button at the waist. Labels Reads: Norton McNaughton and says its a size 8 but do see measurements below. It looks and feels like a poly or rayon.
Near mint vintage condition.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hips.
Top:
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: loose up to about 40"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23.5"
Skirt:
Waist: 27"
Hips: loose to about 45"
Waist to bottom hem: 24"
