This has ISOTEX 100000 stretch fabric, is waterproof, breathable and windproof. The coat was originally over £140 so an real bargain for £30 It is so versatile: just the rain coat. Just the quilted jacket or both It is extremely well made with a secret p zipped pocket inside. Both outside pockets are zipped and the cuffs have Velcro to adjust the fit. You can zip the coat up from top or bottom to suit you. Having lost weight am selling this one and have replaced it with an identical one several sizes smaller- shows how good I think it is.
