A fine Edwardian ladies pocket watch, with both casings hallmarked for 925 grade solid silver with serial numbers and marked for GS (George Stockwell & Co London, 1909). The casing back is engraved with intricate foliate designs including a vacant triangular cartouche. The face is finely gilded; the dial glass has a crack. The watch will wind but not run; the mechanism looks rusted and the balance wheel seems seized. The watch measures 31mm diameter.
